Our modern office

Our building is located in the cental of Ho Chi Minh city, close to the airport and within walking distance to the central downtown.

The office is modern and bright, where our employees are working in an open office environment, with spacious and comfortable working stations. They are provided with novel appliances to fulfill their tasks at their best convenience.We have meeting rooms with modern conference call system which can be used to communicate with other HELLA locations.

Our company has two fully equipped pantries for our employees with modern facilities such as coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave. Coffee, milk, snacks and instant noodles are always available.

Our memorable annual outing trip

Our employees are highly encouraged to befriend their colleagues via a number of activities, especially  the annual outing trip. An excursion integrated with team building activities are professionally organized to ensure that our team feel relaxed and connected with each other.

The choice of the outing location is also decided by our team through a company wide vote.

Last year we went to the beach, this year we went to the highland. Who knows where next year will take us?

Unlike the annual outing trip, the Year End Party at Hella is more likely to be fancy and elegant. The delicious food, wonderful performances, extinguished fashion style, and exciting lucky draw create beautiful memories to everyone. Of course the most amazing part are the performances performed by our employees: sexy Indian dance, traditional Vietnamese song, playful magic show… which brought the climax to the stage every time.

Amazing outdoor activities

Besides activities within the company for all employees, HELLA also provide smaller budget for all team members to join team run activites. Like a small excursion, or simply having dinner and movie day together to spend time associating with their team.

We also supports our employees to join in public activities such as the Color me run, Teddy run, and especially Oktoberfest to make sure that our employee's energy is always fully charged for their job.
