Step in and become a member of the HELLA International Graduate Program! With our 18-month specialized graduate program we foster your individual competencies. You will acquire a comprehensive overview of the functions within your focus area, for example:
You will carry out tasks and projects independently from the start and get one-to-one coaching from the staff responsible in each department. With trainee get-togethers and other opportunities to network you have the chance to broaden your horizons. In addition, you will spend at least 3 months in another country.
In the course of the program, we will determine your final position. Another positive aspect is that you receive right from the beginning an unlimited contract.

After an initial screening of your application documents and a follow-up review by the specific department where you wish to work, we will invite you to an initial interview with the HR division where you have the opportunity to convince us that you are the right person for the job. The next step is a personal meeting where you can get to know your future mentor face-to-face. If the outcome of both interviews is positive, you will start out in a new position within the world of HELLA with an unlimited contract.
