Parking brake slips
In the vehicles listed above, the electronic parking brake may release without being operated after the engine is started and the vehicle is put in gear.
This issue may occur in vehicles with a start/stop system and a manual transmission.
This may be caused by faulty software.
Remedy:
The vehicle manufacturer has already addressed the issue and notified the owners of all the affected models.
However, it can be assumed that not all vehicles have been inspected and repaired.

The control unit software can only be updated by an authorized dealer.
