Vauxhall Omega B - Failure of the rain light sensor | HELLA

If a malfunction/failure of the automatic windshield wiper function is complained at in these vehicles, a possible source of fault is the two rain sensor relays. They should be checked and replaced if necessary. The two relays are located in the fuse box (engine compartment).

Starting from VIN W0L0VBF6921061034, revised or optimised rain sensor relays (2 pieces) have been used.

Note:

If the error analysis revealed a defect in the rain sensor (control electronics), the two rain sensor relays need to be replaced in this case also (see above).
