Error code: P0300

meaning: several cylinder misfires identified.

Error code: U0100

meaning: data bus, engine control module A no communication.

In addition, the following message is displayed by the control unit in the error log:

The error codes were set at 0% throttle position and catalytic converter temperature above 900° C.

If the two error codes are associated with the values in the error log, this may point to the control module software.

The vehicle manufacturer states that the remedy here is to program the engine control module with revised and improved software.

The software update can be carried out by an authorised dealer.
