Vauxhall Astra K - unable to deactivate start/stop system

The following problem is observed in the vehicles mentioned above: unable to deactivate start/stop system.

This is caused by a software error in the engine control unit.

Please proceed as follows to rectify the problem:

• Update software

Subsequently run a fault code query and go for a test drive to check the measure.

Please note that this activity must be exclusively carried out by an authorised specialist workshop and the vehicle manufacturer's repair specifications must always be observed!
