Toyota Yaris - check-engine light and error code P0011

If the check-engine light comes on in the vehicles mentioned above and the error code P0011 (camshaft timing) is stored in the control unit, a defective camshaft timer may be the cause. The design may mean that the camshaft timer's vent hole becomes blocked. The timer should be replaced to solve the issue. Contacting an authorised Toyota dealership is advisable.
