Nissan Qashqai (J11) - sporadic triggering of the alarm system
With the above-mentioned vehicle, it may happen that the vehicle interior monitoring system, every so often, triggers the vehicle alarm. A faulty ultrasonic sensor of the vehicle interior’s lamp unit is a possible cause.
In order to rule out any other causes, please check all relevant system components and read out the error memory.
If no errors are detected, it is recommended to replace the sensor of the vehicle interior monitoring system. This is located in the lamp unit of the vehicle interior.
