Engine control lamp lights up / poor engine performance
The above-mentioned vehicles may experience a sudden loss of power. The engine control lamp lights up. Error code P2015 (intake manifold flaps/flap control for intake manifold) is stored in the control unit where appropriate.
In order to remedy this, all system-relevant components, the battery and the vehicle electrical system voltage should be checked. Furthermore, the error memories are to be read out/deleted. If all this does not lead to the desired success, a defective intake manifold actuator may be the cause of the problem. This is then to be replaced with a modified variant (283202A410).
