Vehicle judders and jerks during acceleration: engine control lamp is on and error code P0201 shows up

If the above-mentioned set of error symptoms is detected in connection with error code P0201 (Fig. 1), a possible cause may be a contact fault on the multi-connectors on the injection system harness. If no other defects have been found during the fault diagnosis on the injection system, the harness and the connectors should be checked and, if necessary, repaired or replaced (Fig. 2).

IMPORTANT

This defect may also occur in other models with the same type of engine.
Please follow the repair instructions from the vehicle manufacturer when carrying out such work.
