Error code P3134 "Intake manifold flap for airflow bank 1" on Audi A4, A6, A8 and Q7

This defect usually occurs in vehicles with a high mileage. One possible cause for this is too much play in the shaft bearing or in the ball heads of the intake manifold flap’s connecting rod. A defect is easy to detect by doing a visual check with simultaneous manual operation.

The intake manifold flap and actuator form one unit and must be completely replaced in the event of repair.

Repair note: After replacement, the new intake manifold flap must be taught in the control unit using a diagnostic device. The mega macs uses menu item "Basic settings" for this, as shown in the illustration as an example.
