Front Position / End Outline Lamp

Narrow design, big impact: Thanks to the combination of energy-efficient light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and precision optics, the HELLA position lamp from the DuraLED product range achieves a strong signalling effect. And it saves quite a bit of energy in the process: it makes energy savings of 90 percent compared to conventional bulbs. The light disc design also increases visibility, as it enables a wide light dispersion.

The DuraLED position lamp is a multi-voltage lamp for 12 and 24 volt systems. When switched off, the position lamp's lens is colourless and transparent. It is provided with a DEUTSCH DT connection socket with a long neck, so installation can be done with a heat shrink tube. It is maintenance-free thanks to HELLA's "Fit and Forget" technology.

HELLA has exclusively itemised Grilamid as the lens material for the DuraLED lamp series. This Swiss high-performance polyamide is impact resistant and is characterised by its durability and its resistance to UV exposure and conventional chemicals. The integrated polarity reversal protection also ensures that the lamps are not damaged if the polarity is accidentally reversed. The lamps are tested in accordance with HELLA standard 67101 and thus meet the requirements for buses, commercial vehicles, trucks and tractors over 6.5 tons. In addition, the products of the DuraLED lamp series are completely sealed in accordance with IP 6K7 and IP 6K9K and are impervious to high-pressure jet cleaning or temporary immersion.
