Strong addition to the family: The HELLA LED Module L 4060 adds additional LED functions to the existing HELLA 90 mm series. Thanks to the modular design of the system, the essential front light functions of low beam, high beam, fog light, direction indicator light, daytime running light, and position light can be realized with just two headlamp modules. Users thus enjoy the highest possible flexibility in terms of functionality and design.
The lightweight 40 x 60 mm polycarbonate lens means the strong light distribution is particularly homogeneous in the long-range area. In addition, the distinctive lens gives the LED high beam headlamp L 4060 an unmistakable look. The stone impact-resistant cover plate, as well as the robust aluminum die-cast housing with integrated electronics, can withstand even heavier loads without any problems. The direction Indicator function was developed according to the technical aspects of ISO 26262:2011 in accordance with ASIL-A.
The durable, highly efficient LED technology provides a light color similar to daylight and increases driving comfort. Thanks to low power consumption and zero maintenance, operating costs can be reduced. The L 4060 high beam headlamp range also includes module variants with daytime running light and position light, or even direction indicator light. Converting existing halogen modules to LED technology is possible within the HELLA 90 mm series.
