LED low beam headlamp L 4060

The HELLA LED module L 4060 supplements the proven HELLA 90 mm series with additional LED functions. The highly modular system makes it possible to cover the five front light functions of low beam, high beam, fog light, direction indicator light, daytime running light, and position light with just two headlamp modules. This ensures maximum freedom in design and application.

The L 4060 LED module with low beam function provides even illumination in the close range and is suitable for numerous vehicle applications. Thanks to the daylight-like light color, the durable, highly efficient LED technology increases driving comfort while keeping operating costs low. Depending on the variant, the module is also available with daytime running and position lights. The low beam function was developed according to the technical aspects of ISO 26262:2011 in accordance with ASIL-B.

The ultra-light 40 x 60 mm polycarbonate lens achieves excellent light distribution and gives the L 4060 LED module with low beam a striking appearance. The stone impact-resistant cover plate and the die-cast aluminum housing with integrated electronics are exceptionally robust.

Thanks to the modular design, conversion of existing halogen modules to the highly efficient LED technology is possible within the HELLA 90 mm series.
