Slim design but with incredible power: HELLA has expanded its range of DuraLED interior lamps. New in the range is the DuraLED interior lamp with the two-colour lenses and white or black surround – available in white, amber, red and green. It has a high-impact section in an acrylic look and also impresses with its flat design that has a depth of only 9 mm. Because of their high vibration resistance, the DuraLED interior lamps meet the requirements for buses, commercial vehicles and towing vehicles over 6.5 t coming out of OE production.

The DuraLED interior lamp is equipped with an optimal signal pattern, and all this with low power consumption combined with a long lifetime – thanks to state-of-the-art LED technology. By combining efficient light emitting diodes (LEDs) and precision optics, the DuraLED interior lamps achieve the statutory light distribution but require 90% less power than conventional bulbs. And thanks to optimal thermal management, no bulb replacement is necessary and similarly no maintenance is required. So as to extend the lifetime of the lamp, the components are arranged in such a way that they are optimised to suit temperature conditions: this prevents the LEDs from overheating during high ambient temperatures.

This lamp series incorporates a robust multi-voltage circuit that has very low power consumption. And it is extremely tough: the DuraLED interior lamps for surface mounting are pressure and impact resistant, they are quick and easy to mount and are also protected against the ingress of dust and water during continuous submersion. In addition, they have a high resistance to external influences such as chemicals and UV radiation. Optional accessories include a marine grade 316 stainless steel rim and mounting gaskets.
