Power Beam 1000 LED Work Lamp

Lighting technology:
The Power Beam 1000 is an LED worklight that is setting new standards with its powerful light output. The light can be operated with both 12 V and 24 V. Integrated electronics protect the device in the event of polarity inversion and guarantees constant brightness, even when operating with voltage fluctuations between 9 and 33 Volts. Thanks to its powerful light output, the Power Beam 1000 can replace standard halogen worklights (e.g. H3/55 Watt) – despite only having a power consumption of 18 Watts. This makes this worklight ideal for use on battery-operated vehicles or on vehicles where the alternator is already under a heavy load. The light of the 6 high-power LEDs is distributed at a close working range by a specially developed multi-facetted reflector. The Power Beam 1000 can be installed both upright (0°), and pendant (180°). At 6500 Kelvin, the light of the LED worklight is very similar to daylight. This means that colours can be distinguished more clearly in the dark than in the yellowish light of halogen bulbs. This makes perception through the human eye significantly easier, thus preventing the eyes from tiring quickly.

Design:
The worklight‘s black housing is made of aluminium and incorporates cooling fins. These ensure sufficient heat dissipation from the 6 high-power LEDs. In addition, a sensor protects the worklight from overheating. This is the only way the long service life of the LEDs (up to 130 times longer than a halogen bulb) can be exploited. The plastic part on the back is used as a handle to tilt the worklight to the right position. The integrated electronics are protected against inverse polarity and equipped with an LED fault jumper. This ensures the worklight‘s function even in the unlikely case of an LED failure. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the worklight can be used universally. Power connection is by means of a 2-pole Deutsch plug. The Power Beam 1000 is waterproof and absolutely maintenance-free following installation.
