When the car starts off, noise may be generated by the ESP hydro unit on the Suzuki Swift

With the above-mentioned vehicle, noise may be generated by the ESP hydraulic unit when this car starts off. A software weakness could be a possible cause of the problem.

In order to find a remedy, all other possible causes of malfunction should first be ruled out by means of mechanical and electrical system tests. It is also advisable to read out the error memory. If no errors are identified, an update of the ESP control unit should be carried out. Getting in touch with a manufacturer's authorised workshop is always an advantage in such cases.
