Important safety note
Technical information and practical tips have been compiled by HELLA in order to provide professional support to vehicle workshops in their work. The information provided on this website is intended for use by suitably qualified personnel only.
With the vehicle mentioned above, it can happen that a warning message is issued in connection with the hybrid system. The error message appears in the instrument cluster: "Fault in the vehicle electrical system, voltage converter". The system prompts the driver to bring the vehicle to a standstill. The code P1CCC is then often stored in the error memory (faulty ground connection).
This may be caused by unsuitable fastening screws on the DC/DC converter. These lead to high contact resistances with the corresponding error messages being sent.
In order to remedy this, the 4 screws (A) should be replaced with a modified variant (T9011-908C9-200).
Make sure the screws are firmly seated and that there are no signs of corrosion.

Very helpful
