If there are hissing noises and/or smoke coming from the cylinder head in the above vehicles, this may indicate a defect in the injector.
There is also a noticeable fuel smell.
First check that the brackets for the injectors are firmly in place. Loose brackets may lead to leakage.
If the brackets have come loose, they need to be dismantled and the injectors removed.
The injector needs to be cleaned professionally using a suitable method (ultrasound, etc.).
The injector shaft should be cleaned with a brush specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
The injector must be fitted with a new flame arrestor and mounted with a tightening torque of 22 Nm.
The manufacturer has already addressed the issue; modified injector brackets are being used from engine number: -Z13DTx3238694 -A13DTx4773163.
