Se si rileva il problema succitato, esso può essere dovuto a un difetto della pompa dell'olio motore.
In questo caso il funzionamento della pompa dell'olio motore è compromesso da un difetto della valvola di sovrapressione.
Rimedio:
Per escludere ulteriori cause di guasto, è necessario eseguire dapprima un controllo degli elementi periferici (sensori, livello dell'olio motore ecc.).
Se non si riscontra alcun problema in questo ambito, occorre sostituire la pompa dell'olio motore.
A questo scopo procedere come segue:
- Leggere e cancellare la memoria guasti per mezzo di un dispositivo diagnostico idoneo (ad esempio mega macs 66 di Hella Gutmann)
- Sostituire la pompa dell'olio motore difettosa con una pompa dalle caratteristiche migliorate
(codice OE 16100M68K02) seguendo le istruzioni fornite dal costruttore
- Sostituire l'olio motore e il filtro dell'olio
- Leggere ed eventualmente cancellare la memoria guasti
Eseguire infine un giro di prova e una nuova lettura della memoria guasti.
