Radiator fan module defective
In the vehicles mentioned above, the radiator fan may short-circuit, damaging the fan module. This is prevented by making modifications to the wiring harness.
Vehicles with the following chassis numbers are affected:
A 3 001367 - B 3 023589 (St. Petersburg plant)
A G 000001 - C G 000009 (Gliwice plant)
A 8 000004 – C 8 000013 (Ellesmere Port plant)
Depending on which engine cooling module the vehicle has, an adapter wiring harness is installed in the engine compartment and connected to the fuse box. For more information, please contact your authorized dealer.
