Defective Contact Switch (Hood)
The warning notification "Hood open" is displayed on the instrument panel of the vehicles listed above. Additionally, an acoustic signal may sound when locking the vehicle, and the alarm control system may also be heard.
The cause of the problem is a faulty contact switch in the hood lock.

Replace the hood lock.
