Window opens of its own accord

With the above-mentioned vehicle, it can happen that a window opens on its own when a door or when the hatchback is being opened.

This could be the result of faulty software in the body control unit.

The vehicle manufacturer has already addressed the issue. According to the manufacturer, reprogramming the body control unit with improved and modified software can remedy this problem.

Such updating of software is only to be carried out by an authorised dealer.
