Not all old parts are suitable. A prerequisite for the successful reconditioning of used brake callipers is that the substance of the workpiece is in good condition. This condition is not met in the case of damaged or incomplete brake callipers, for example.

Please check the condition and of used brake callipers before returning them using the following list:

• The old part must match the purchased product.
• The old part must be complete.
• All saddle guides, connection and vent threads and fastenings must be present.
• The old part must not show any excessive damage due to corrosion.
• The old part must not be cracked or mechanically processed.
• Only used parts that are suitable for reconditioning can be taken back and credited.

If the old part fulfils the above-mentioned return criteria, please note the following before returning it:

• A deposit credit is only possible if the old part is returned in its original packaging.
• The label on the packaging must not be removed, soiled or over labelled.
• No deposit credit will be issued for old parts not authorised for deposit.
