Vauxhall Astra J - Radio settings are lost | HELLA

If it is reported that the radio settings and station presets (favourites) have been lost for these vehicles, this may be caused by a software error. Radio models affected: CD400 / CDC400.

The use of a second vehicle key with different personalized information can result in the loss of favourites (FAV) and other personalized settings.

The vehicle manufacturer has already recognized the problem and has corrected it using a software update. It must be assumed, however, that for a variety of reasons not all vehicles have been checked or repaired.
