Air conditioning not working in automatic mode
In the above vehicles, "software failure" may be the cause that the air conditioning works only in manual mode. The display will then often show an incomprehensible error message (M1 - M5).
This can be remedied by a software update.
The vehicle manufacturer has already been using the modified software at the factory starting from the following VINs:
