Noise at 3200-3500 rpm

On the vehicles mentioned above, unusual noises may occur in the area of the cooling system at an engine speed of 3200-3500 rpm. Checking the coolant level should be the first step. If there is sufficient coolant in the system, a faulty coolant thermostat may be causing the noise. This should be replaced with a modified variant (9091603153). The cooling system must then be refilled and vented in line with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
