Windscreen wiper fails
If a complaint is made about the windscreen wiper failing in the above vehicle, this may indicate an insufficient earth connection in the windscreen wiper motor.
In order to remedy this, an additional earth cable for the windscreen wiper motor is mounted in the specialist workshop.
The vehicle manufacturer has already addressed the issue and notified owners of affected models.
For various reasons, however, it must be assumed that not all vehicles have been checked or modified.
