Mazda 3 / 6 / CX5 - Air-conditioning system not performing | HELLA

The air-conditioning system of the vehicles mentioned above may experience a loss in performance. Sometimes there is no refrigerant left in the system.

A faulty evaporator could be a possible cause. Before replacing it with a new evaporator, it should, however, be double-checked that the refrigerant loss is actually caused by this part.

One way of doing this is to fill the air-conditioning system with test gas. With the help of an electronic leak detector,

all pipes and connections can then be checked for leaks.
