Windshield wiper failure

If the above-mentioned problem occurs, the cause could be insufficient tightening torque of the wiper arm's securing nut.

The vehicle manufacturer has already addressed the issue and notified the owners of all the models concerned. For various reasons, however, it must be assumed that not all vehicles have been checked or rectified.

In such cases, please contact an authorized specialist workshop where an improved securing nut can be fixed according to the tightening torque value (22 NM) specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
