Error code P1820/1821/1822/1823/1824 and all-wheel drive not working

On the vehicles mentioned above, the all-wheel drive may no longer engage. The error memory may contain error codes that refer to the switch actuator or are brought about by a faulty wiring harness.

The following steps should be taken to rectify the problem:

If an all-wheel drive actuator from the manufacturer Keyang is installed, it is to be replaced (part no: 47810-3B520)
If a Buhler actuator is installed, the actuator and its wiring harness (part no: 47891-3B310) should be changed
After replacing the components, clearing the error memory and performing a test drive are advised.
