Hand-brake lever releasing unexpectedly

In some vehicles, the hand-brake lever may release unexpectedly after being engaged.

This is due to worn components in the locking mechanism.

Repair note

It is not possible to replace the defective components individually. If damaged, the entire hand-brake lever must be replaced.
