IMI Training from the ADAS Pioneers
The complete package of ADAS equipment, diagnostics solutions and expert technical support from HELLA Gutmann now includes training. New courses from the HELLA Academy provide the knowledge and skills required for technicians to work safely whilst diagnosing, testing, and calibrating ADAS systems. Centrally located in Chipping Warden, Banbury, HELLA Academy is a state of the art training facility incorporating an EV ready workshop and smart technology classroom.
Courses and Qualifications available:
- IMI ADAS AOM230
Accreditation enabling technicians to work to Insurance Industry Requirements (IIR) for the safe repair of ADAS equipped vehicles.
- IMI Level 2 Award in ADAS Calibration
Qualification to successfully calibrate ADAS systems. Also provides an entry route to IMI TechSafe recognition.
Course Information:
These courses provide the knowledge and skills required to work safely whilst diagnosing, testing, and calibrating ADAS systems.

- Safety requirements when working with vehicle ADAS systems.
- The importance of following the correct procedures when working with ADAS vehicle systems.
- Tools, equipment, and correct environmental conditions required when working with ADAS vehicle systems.
- The principles of dynamic and static calibration.
