If the error mentioned above is detected in these vehicle models, one possible cause may be a poorly attached or defective knock sensor.
In this case, the control unit receives a false "knock signal" and thus changes the ignition timing, which has a negative effect on the acceleration behaviour. If the diagnostics do not reveal a defect in the mixture preparation, ignition system or turbocharger, there is no harm in looking at the knock sensor.
In this case, check the knock sensor and replace where necessary. Then delete the error memory entries.
