The above vehicles can experience a short circuit in the coolant shutoff valve of the heating system due to the effects of wear.
The job of the valve is to allow the cold engine to warm up faster by closing off the heating system in order to reduce mechanical wear and tear.
The vehicle manufacturer is already on top of the problem and has inspected the vehicles and deactivated the valves as part of a recall campaign.
For various reasons, however, it can be assumed that not all vehicles have been inspected and repaired.
Please observe this bulletin, especially in conjunction with complaints received about electrical faults.
