Important safety note
Bonnet warning lamp does not work
When the bonnet is open, a message appears on the instrument cluster as an illuminated warning lamp.
If other causes (e.g. bonnet lock contact) can be ruled out as the error, it is possible to remedy the situation by updating the software of the instrument cluster control unit. Contacting a Hyundai dealership is advisable.
