Dr. Nicole Schneider becomes Managing Director Human Resources at HELLA

Lippstadt, September 28, 2018. At its meeting yesterday, the Shareholder Committee of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA appointed Dr. Nicole Schneider (48) as Managing Director Human Resources to the Management Board with effect from October 1, 2018. Nicole Schneider has been in charge of worldwide personnel management at HELLA since the beginning of 2016. Previously, the doctorate in chemistry and married mother of two children worked for McKinsey for more than 16 years, most recently in a leading position in human resources.

"With Dr. Nicole Schneider, an excellent specialist takes over the Human Resources department in the HELLA management board," says Manfred Wennemer, Chairman of the HELLA Shareholder Committee. "Her appointment to the management board underlines the importance of human resources for HELLA. After all, we are firmly convinced that the more than 40,000 HELLA employees worldwide are the key to our company's success.
