Brake cleaner
The brake cleaner from HELLA binds brake dust and reliably removes oil, grease, dirt and brake fluid, leaving no residue behind. This proven cleaning agent is therefore universally suitable for all brake, clutch and transmission parts, starters and alternators, carburettors, fuel pumps and engine parts. The brake cleaner does not attack polystyrene and is free from chlorinated solvents.
Application:
Spray soiled parts intensively and allow the solvent to run off or evaporate; if necessary, wipe/wipe up with a cloth. Repeat for heavy soiling.
HELLA brake cleaner is available in 500 ml spray cans.

Assembly paste
Regular maintenance is required to ensure that a wheel brake functions safely for a long time. It should include greasing all mechanical parts with a temperature-resistant and metal-free permanent lubricant. It is essential to consider whether the lubricant is suitable. To rule out any risk and to avoid highly sensitive safety systems (e.g. ABS, ESP) from potentially malfunctioning while driving, we recommend using HELLA assembly paste.
Application:
- Universal at all lubrication points in the vehicle
- On brake and clutch systems
- As a battery pole grease

Warning contacts
Alongside the brake pads already supplied with warning contacts, HELLA has more than 220 replacement warning contacts in its programme. These are offered with the brake pads which are not equipped with warning contacts per se.
The range is being developed in line with the introduction of new brake pads.
We offer mechanical and electronic warning contacts with high heat resistance.
Furthermore, warning contacts show you when a brake pad is worn and you need to replace your brake pads. This provides you with added safety.
