I like the possibility to overcome limits. The headlights development is moving forward quickly so we have to face new challenges together as a team. Working together is inspiring and we often have to find compromises. Each development has its own specifics which makes our work quite varied.

I love to see the results of our work and our efforts. The moment when I pass a car with the headlights we developed on the road for the first time is so great. I am happy to be part of a team that stands behind the overall product.

Innovation and ever-increasing requirements for headlights functionality are impetus for continuous improvement. Optical topics interest me and therefore I would like to continue improving myself in this technical direction. There are still enough challenges ahead of me.
