I love working together in a team to solve challenges in the field of energy storage. My field of activity is very varied due to different projects and their requirements. This includes, for example, supervising acquisitions, researching and developing battery algorithms, as well as training in the field of energy storage. I also supervise student work and can thus look at topics from a different perspective.

Helping to shape the mobility of tomorrow and the change in the automotive industry. For me, this includes combining innovative ideas with technical challenges. In this context, I am also driven by the cooperation with my colleagues. Through constant exchange, you always grow beyond yourself in the team and overcome limits that would not be achievable on your own. This is possible both in direct exchange and online in mobile working. The opportunity to be in constant exchange with international experts through digitalization allows us to significantly increase the know-how in our team. Here, too, I see a significant expansion of my own skills and abilities, which of course also has a positive effect for HELLA.

I am just at the beginning of my professional life. In the short term, the first thing on my personal agenda is to complete my doctoral thesis, which I was able to write during my research time at HELLA and in collaboration with RWTH Aachen University. I am currently contributing the knowledge and research results from this time to the battery competence team. This competence team offers me the opportunity to be involved in different areas of research and to support and advance the continuous development and improvement of our products. In the long term, I would like to further develop my skills and abilities in the field of batteries and be constantly at the cutting edge of research so that I can continue to represent the company as a global player with a high reputation. In addition, I would also like to take on responsibility in my professional future to use my acquired knowledge to steer the development innovatively and to help guide the company into the future.
